All patients registered with the Lakeshore Community NPLC can book ILLNESS or INJURY appointments through this online booking portal. Available appointment times between 2 hours – 7 days from the time of booking will be shown. Note: These appointments are not with your primary NP and only available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
As of August 26, 2024, patients of Kate Bolohan can now book appointments with her through the online booking portal. For illness and injury appointments patients can select Kara St Denis or Kate Bolohan. For non-urgent appointments please select Kate Bolohan only.
