Mission
The Lakeshore Community NPLC is a community governed and multidisciplinary team committed to excellence through high quality, patient-centred, and caring primary health care. We will support the health and well-being of people living in Lakeshore and surrounding communities by removing barriers to accessing health care, and expanding our community outreach and capacity to serve.
